Method

  1. Boil the water and let it stand for half a minute.
  2. Put the coffee in the pot, pour the water over it and stir once.
  3. Put the lid with the plunger on top and let it steep for 4 minutes.
  4. Press the plunger down slowly and pour the coffee out straight away, or it turns bitter.
